Arctic Char Fishing Lodge

Arctic Char flyfishingFish for the mighty Arctic Char from our Umiakovik Lake camp. This camp sets snuggled right up to the Torngat mountains, not far from Quebec-Labrador border so the trip is worth the money, just for the spectacular scenery.

Both Silver and Red Char will be caught through the season. These fish are strong fighters and a fly fisherman's delight. They usually average from 7lbs. to 10lbs., with the possibility of a 15 to 20 pounder.

You will experience lots of action, with 40 to 50 fish a day! Includes round trip air transportation from Montreal, Meals, Accommodations, License and Guide.

Season runs from August 1 to September 15. This trip is one week long, Monday to Monday.

See Al Raychards article on his experiences

Cost: $4,995 U.S.
